At the May 29 Rotary Club of Kirksville meeting, Club President Melissa Stuart presented a $300 check to Andrea Thurman of Community Action Partnership of Northeast Missouri (CAPNEMO). The donation is in support of CAPNEMO’s First Day/Fresh Start program to provide an outfit for needy students from kindergarten to high school on their first day of a new school year.
