The speaker at the May 1 Rotary Club of Kirksville meeting was Executive Director Debbie Blessing of Northeast Missouri Area Agency on Aging. This private non-profit agency provides services and information to persons age 60 and older in 16 counties in Northeast Missouri. Blessing described the extensive services it provides. In addition to operating nutrition centers, it also provides other supportive services including home, legal, ombudsman, and transportation.
